This weeks show is a little different. I decided to share with all of you, my cousin’s interview of me about my faith journey and what that has looked like as a traditional Catholic married to a nonbeliever. This episode may be a little more tame as far as my language, but I was trying to be respectful of her followers. However I think it is relatable to both Catholics and Protestants alike. Today I want to discuss the importance of communication with your spouse and all the ways we tend to fuck that up. Homework: Google the four styles of communication with your person. Have a discussion about it. Have them tell you what style they think you are and what challenges they have in talking to you. Then you do the same for them. It’s a great way to tip-toe into communicating without having an important discussion weighing on you.

It’s usually a YOU problem that you need to unpack and heal. That being said, that doesn’t mean you need those people in your feed every day.
